Welcome to the Electronic Admissions System
of the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education
in Warsaw

Please read the following information carefully.

1. Applicants may register in the Electronic Admissions System only once (by creating a single account).

2. After creating an account, applicants may select and apply for admission to more than one program, thereby obtaining “applicant” status.

3. “Does not apply to postgraduate programs.” The application fee must be paid to the individual bank account number that appears after completing registration on the website under “MY PROGRAMS – FEES.” Confirmation of payment of the application fee is recorded in the applicant’s registration form with the status “paid.”

Applicants to the Academy of Physical Education pay the following fees:

- 100 PLN for applicants seeking admission to programs where the admissions process includes an entrance exam, such as a physical fitness test, a written exam (test), an interview, or an aptitude assessment,

- 100 PLN for applicants to the physical education and sports programs who submit documentation confirming their athletic achievements and are exempt from physical fitness exams,

- 85 PLN for applicants seeking admission to programs for which the admissions process does not include a physical fitness test,

The fee for the admissions process is non-refundable.

4. An applicant applying for admission to more than one program must pay a separate application fee for each program.

5. After registering, the applicant can log in multiple times by entering their username and password (provided during registration).

6. A password for logging into SER (if forgotten or lost) can be recovered independently in the “Password Recovery” tab. This is only possible for applicants who provided their own valid email address on the registration form.
